How to download a Laurentian Bank statement PDF
Laurentian Bank puts electronic statements in LBC Direct, not in the mobile app. You sign in with a browser, open My Accounts, and download the PDF. Paper statements can cost extra. The eStatement itself has no fee on the bank's help page.

Turn on eStatements
Laurentian Bank's eStatement help page, opened 17 October 2026, says eStatements are electronic versions of paper statements for eligible accounts. They look the same as paper. They are stored in your LBC Direct account for up to 7 years. There is no fee for eStatements. A monthly fee may apply for paper. The chequing page, fee schedule in force as of 12 March 2026, prints paper statements at $3.00 a month, and it says you receive a bank statement only when you conduct more than five transactions since the last statement was printed. Account maintenance fees still apply. The 60+ and Student pages say account maintenance fees of $3 are charged for a paper statement, and there are no charges for an electronic statement.
To enrol, the help page says: from the main navigation menu, select My Profile. From My Accounts, select Statement Preferences. Next, select eStatements only. Confirm. A success message says the preferences were updated. You can keep paper and eStatements at the same time, and the paper fee may still apply. You get an email when a new eStatement is ready. How often depends on the product: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
eStatements are available for Canadian dollar or US dollar bank accounts, lines of credit, mortgages, and investment accounts. Electronic versions are also available for the Super Statement and personal Laurentian Bank credit card statements. The Super Statement groups several products in one document, and the electronic copy does the same, one product after another.
Download the PDF
The help page says you cannot view eStatements in the Laurentian Bank mobile app yet. Use a compatible browser on a desktop or tablet and log in to LBC Direct. From the main menu, select My Accounts. From My Accounts, select View eStatements. When that page opens, select the statement you want to download. You can save it or print it. The bank notes that once you download or print, that copy is no longer inside the bank's secure storage.
If a statement will not open, the help page says a pop up blocker may be the cause. Allow pop ups for the bank site in the browser, then try again. The archive is accessible for 7 years, and it builds from the date you sign up. Months from before you enrolled are not promised on that page.
This is Laurentian Bank of Canada, not another bank with a similar name. A TD Canada statement is a different download, on how to download a TD statement. Meridian Credit Union is on how to download a Meridian statement. The monthly fee on the Laurentian package is a separate question, on how to waive the Laurentian Bank monthly fee.
Use a PDF you can open without a password if the bank offers one. Expenvo cannot open a locked file. One statement period per file is enough. How to read a statement PDF is the next step after the download.
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines so you can match a short name to a date and an amount. It does not call the bank, and it does not cancel a subscription.
