How to download a Varo statement
Varo keeps statements in the app. The savings agreement says you view and download them there, and that paper statements are not sent automatically. You save the file yourself. Expenvo does not sign in to Varo. The PDF stays on your device.

Where the statement sits
Varo's app navigation article, opened 18 October 2026, says the app and the website have four tabs. My Varo is the tab for statements, profile information, settings, and contact information. Home is balances and activity. Move Money is transfers and deposits. Cashback is offers.
The current Varo savings account agreement says electronic statements are available to view and download in the mobile app. You have to agree to electronic delivery to open that savings account, and you have to keep a valid email address on file. The agreement says you will not automatically receive paper statements. It also says the statement is considered correct, and that you should notify Varo of errors within 60 days of the statement becoming available.
The same agreement prints customer service as [email protected] and 1-800-827-6526. An older 2022 bank account PDF on the site prints a different phone number and says statements can be viewed in the app. This guide uses the current savings agreement and the current navigation article for the path and the phone. If the screen you are signed into shows a different label than My Varo, use the statements control that account shows, or call the number in your agreement.
What to save
Save the PDF for the month you need. A Varo statement in US dollars stays in USD. The savings agreement also says you can ask for a 60 day history by phone, email, or mail. That history is not the same file as the monthly statement PDF. If you need the statement for a tax year, download the PDF. How long to keep statements is the IRS and CRA retention rule.

If you cannot sign in, the navigation article is not a recovery guide. Use the phone or email on the agreement you accepted. Do not send the PDF to a number you found on a different website.
After you have the file
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank or the company, and it does not cancel a membership. Going without paper is a condition of the savings account in the agreement quoted here. A fee some other banks charge for paper mail is on paper statement fees. The Varo pages opened here do not print a paper statement dollar, so none is added.
