How to download a Fidelity statement
Fidelity's account page says you can view or download up to 10 years of monthly, quarterly, or annual statements. The help page says the PDF is the regulatory statement, and that an HTML view can leave details out. The pages opened here do not print a fee for that download.

Open the PDF, not the HTML view
Opened 19 October 2026. Fidelity's customer service account page says statement copies are behind a sign in, and that you can view or download up to 10 years of your monthly, quarterly, or annual statements. That line covers the statements Fidelity keeps for the accounts on that page, including a brokerage account and a cash management account that uses the same statements area. This guide does not invent a second menu for cash management.
Fidelity's statements help page says the PDF version of a monthly or quarterly account statement is the regulatory required statement and contains the complete details. The HTML version is an online format and may exclude some of the information in the PDF. The same page says you can access 10 years of account statements and year end investment reports online. Use the PDF.
How to save the file
The help page says to click the PDF link next to the document. To save it, click the Save icon in the browser's PDF toolbar, or choose Save from the browser's File menu. Name the file with a .PDF extension, for example document_name.PDF. Some documents need the free Adobe Reader. The page does not print a fee for that save. This guide does not add one.
For a document that is not available online, the help page says to contact a Fidelity representative at 800-544-6666, or 800-634-9361 for an annuity account. A trade confirmation and a tax form are separate documents on the same help page. Save the account statement if that is the file you want to read. After you have the PDF
Keep a US dollar Fidelity statement in US dollars. How to read a statement PDF covers one statement per file. A crypto custody statement from a different Fidelity company is not this page. If the file you opened is not the monthly, quarterly, or annual account statement described above, do not use these steps for it.
