The page says $0 and still prints $10

Opened 21 October 2026. The words are on Innovation's NSF fee changes page. One sentence says that starting 24 April 2026, all Innovation members will see NSF fees reduced to $0. Another says that on 10 March 2026 members temporarily saw NSF fees and returned item fees reduced to $0, and that as of 22 April 2026 those fees are permanently reduced to $0 across all Innovation banking products. The page also says Innovation is not required to remove all NSF fees. A later note points at federal regulations as of 12 March 2026.

The Impacted Accounts table on that page still prints an NSF fee. No-Fee Chequing is $10 an item. No-Fee USD is $5 USD an item. Savings is $10 an item. Business and Agriculture Operating, the row for sole proprietors including operating as, is $10 an item. This guide does not collapse the $0 sentences and the $10 table into one number.

If your statement shows $0, the April sentences are the match. If it shows $10 or $5 USD, the table is the match. Write the date, the printed name, and the amount, and ask Innovation which row applied. Asking them to remove a fee already charged is a request. They can say no.
