What the fee page prints
Opened 21 October 2026. The dollars are on the Prospera account service charges page. An NSF cheque or pre-authorized payment is $10.00. An NSF US dollar cheque is $7.00 USD. A stop payment is $15.00. A dormant account, inactive for 12 months, is $5.00 a month. An incoming wire is $15.00. An outgoing wire is $45.00. An outgoing wire from remote instructions is $90.00 and the page marks that row business only.
A paper statement is $2.00. Closing the account within three months is $25.00. A footnote on the same page says closed within six months for Prospera. This guide quotes both and does not pick one. Transferring a Prospera balance to another financial institution is $25.00. A registered transfer out of an RRSP, RRIF, RESP, or FHSA is $150.00. A TFSA transfer out is $150.00.
A third-party cheque chargeback is $7.50. An unencoded or unqualified item is $5.00. US dollar funds drawn on a Canadian dollar account are $10.00. Tracing a bill payment is $20.00. A foreign cash order, per item, excluding US dollars, is $20.00. A US or foreign bank draft is $10.00. A replacement debit card is $5.00. A telephone transfer is $5.00. A footnote says GST applies to fees the page marks with a plus. This guide does not add GST to a row.

The May 2026 amalgamation note
A Prospera integration PDF says the legal amalgamation into Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union is 6 May 2026. The brand stays Prospera. Deposits move from CUDIC to CDIC.
